An overview of this position is as follows – greeting and servicing customers, describing items on the menu (ingredients used along with how it is prepared, cooked and served), taking food and beverage orders, serving and checking back with customers during the meal for any additional needs along with providing checks and taking payments. The restaurant server must be able to work with other restaurant employees to present an enjoyable dining experience to their customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant server
• Must meet any city, county, state or other legal minimum age requirement to sell/serve alcoholic beverages.

• Previous T.R.A.C. training
• minimum of 2 years hotel experience
