Looking for a job that feels like summer? Quarterdeck Grill is hiring Servers to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team right on Gull Lake. From busy patio shifts to sunset dinners, you’ll be at the center of the action—creating great experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability
- Previous serving experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Take food & drink orders and keep the experience flowing
- Work as part of a high-energy team during busy shifts
- Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials
- Keep tables, sections, and service areas clean and organized
