Responsibilities
- Engage with Guests: Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and guide them through the menu with in-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients.
- Deliver Excellence: Accurately take orders and collaborate with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guest expectations.
- Provide Seamless Service: Participate in team-style service, including running hot and cold food items, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Build Connections: Provide attentive, friendly service that makes guests feel appreciated and encourages their return.
- Prep for Success: Complete opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for seamless service.
- Communicate Clearly: Practice consistent communication with coworkers and managers to coordinate efficient service and guest satisfaction.
