Requirements

Experience in a full-service restaurant with elevated or high-volume experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability
A professional positive presence with a team-first mindset
Someone who values quality consistency and guest experience
Interest in growing within a restaurant that takes pride in what it does

Responsibilities

Create a polished, thoughtful guest experience from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave
Develop a deep understanding of the menu including ingredients preparation and modifications
Offer genuine personalized recommendations that enhance the dining experience
Build strong knowledge of wine cocktails and pairings
Execute orders with care accuracy and attention to detail
Manage a busy section with organization awareness and strong prioritization
Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth consistent service
Maintain a clean professional appearance and an organized workspace
Stay steady and focused in a high-volume environment without sacrificing standards
Take pride in your work and contribute to a team culture built on respect accountability and consistency
