About The Position

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, service-oriented professionals to join our food and beverage team as a Server. Requirements

At least 18 years old, meeting Florida’s legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
Three to six months of customer service experience (training will also be considered).
A commitment to obtaining ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications within 90 days of hire.
A polished, professional appearance and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in full-service restaurants or the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders with confidence and flair, ensuring every guest feels valued.
Deliver exceptional service by carrying trays, serving meals, and keeping tables impeccably clean.
Showcase basic cooking knowledge during light food preparation.
Assist with takeout orders and wrapping menu items.
Set up your station with care, ensuring everything is ready for a seamless service.
Greet members and their guests with attention and professionalism the moment they’re seated.
Share your expertise in food and wine pairing, pouring and refilling beverages like a pro.
Maintain both front and back-of-house workspaces, ensuring they’re clean, organized, and ready for action.
Work alongside your team to execute both routine and special-event services with precision.
Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, efficiently placing orders and presenting bills.
Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
Contribute to our vibrant team by assisting in training new staff members and attending staff meetings.
