Requirements
- Preferably two (2) years previous serving experience in high-volume Mexican / Latin Cuisine and/or hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus, providing recommendations, and taking accurate orders from guests.
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to established serving standards. Perform tableside food presentation for special food and beverage offerings.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
