As a CRG Server you know you are responsible for the overall guest experience and rise to meet guests’ needs through all phases of service: greeting, ordering, food delivery, prebussing, and exit. You will focus on actively engaging with guests; and ensuring each guest’s experience provides exceptional service and quality food and beverage. As a CRG Server you will… Come to work as your authentic self, ready to support your team Greet guests warmly and in a timely manner Acquire a deep knowledge of the menu; with the ability to answer food and beverage questions and provide recommendations Acquire a deep knowledge of the company’s P.O.S. system, with the ability to accurately input orders and process payments. Ensure food accuracy, paying close detail to food modifications and/or allergens Promptly deliver food and drinks, naming items as you deliver Clean and reset tables between customers, and actively pre-bus throughout service Follow company steps of service Adhere to company carding policy Uphold safety and sanitation and cleanliness standards Accomplish assigned side-tasks, opening and/or closing duties Collaborate as a team with other FOH and BOH members Step-in to assist with other facets of Front of the House service as needed; such as host and expo Build interpersonal connections and regular customer base Follow CRG procedures to upsell, increase check averages, and other sales-specific duties as assigned Clearly and kindly communicate with guests and team members
