About The Position

As a Server, you are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests providing a high level of customer service to each guest. You will create memorable experiences by delivering attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Commitment to delivering exceptional service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other departments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
California Food Handlers Certificate (completion at time of hire)
RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate (completion at time of hire)

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests
Greet guests and handing out menus
Explain menu items, specials, and making recommendations
Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system
Promptly serving food and beverages accurately and timely to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor guest satisfaction and addressing requests
Process payments and handling transactions
Keep work areas clean and organized
Work with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service
Set up and break down of service area for the shift
Support Banquets in server duties as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Other duties as assigned
