The Server position works under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisors. The Server is responsible for taking food and alcohol orders and presents them to our guests. They must ensure food quality and uphold high food safety and health standards. Servers must be able to handle money and the ability to make change. The Server is proficient in multiple outlets of F&B and may/will be expected to work in multiple locations. This position serves as a dual rated position and may/will be assigned multiple positions within the F&B department such as Cocktail Server, Busser, Cashier, Host, and Expeditor. This position ensures the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of guest’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.
