About The Position

Now Hiring: Server – Alto Clermont Join our professional, team-oriented environment at Alto Clermont ! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our upscale dining room. Schedule:Part-Time | 6:00am-2:00PM | 3:00pm- 8:00pm -Flexible days and rangePay: $14/hour What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests Ensure a fine dining atmosphere with attention to detail Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth meal service Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area What We’re Looking For: Previous server experience, preferably in upscale dining or hospitality Positive, professional demeanor and teamwork focus Passion for providing outstanding service The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Areas of Responsibility Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner. Serve food in an efficient and professional manner. Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol. Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period. Requirements

Previous server experience, preferably in upscale dining or hospitality
Positive, professional demeanor and teamwork focus
Passion for providing outstanding service
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
