About The Position

Western Home is seeking a dedicated and passionate Server to join our team at Gilmore’s Pub and Table 1912, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment. We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and where they work Your role will involve ensuring an exceptional guest experience for patrons in various service areas, including dine-in, take-out, and event services. As part of a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with setup, serving, cleaning, and bartending (if of age). Requirements

18 years of age or older.
Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and the public.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the overall guest experience at Gilmore's Pub and Table 1912
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both yourself and others.
Assist in providing top-notch service for dine-in, take-out, and event dining.
Help with food preparation for restaurants, banquets, events, and room service.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
