The Server position requires compliance with standards of business conduct in accordance with federal, state, and local health and regulatory guidelines. The employee must possess at least a high school diploma or GED, work congenially with peers, and maintain utmost compassion and dignity towards residents, adhering to the Resident Bill of Rights. In emergency situations, the employee may be subject to call back. Adherence to Viva Senior Living’s attendance policies and employment terms in the Employee Handbook is required. The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential. The role demands maintaining the highest standards in caring for residents and their families, and strict adherence to all facility policies and procedures.
