About The Position

Are you a Server looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Server to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. We are looking for someone able to work 4p-7p and/or 11a-2p with some weekend availability. This position will pay up to $16.15/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
What You Will Do As a Server you will take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Additional responsibilities of this job include setting-up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals, and clearing tables, meeting diners’ needs, handling food safely, delivering food to apartments, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas.
