This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. As a Server at The Pines, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. You will also wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. You will work beside other Servers to get the job done. Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule Shifts Available: Every other Weekend 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Weekdays 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wage Range: $16 - $19.41 / hour depending on experience Location: 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423 About Us: The Pines of Richfield, an 82-bed senior living community offering independent and assisted living services, is part of Cassia, a nonprofit, mission-driven senior care organization with over 200 years of experience. Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must be at least 15 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
  • Prior customer service, food service, or serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
  • Engage residents by talking to them and describing meal choices.
  • Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
  • Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
  • Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
