The server role involves making the job fun and a team effort when serving food to residents and guests in their Fine Dining in-house restaurant. This includes working with crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and top-quality fresh ingredients for made-to-order dining. Seasonal and regional menus are ever-evolving, offering signature dishes and daily specials. The position also emphasizes no late nights to maintain a balanced life.

Requirements

Experienced server
Ability to work weekdays and weekends
Enjoys working in a team environment ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction
Expected to provide prompt, friendly and professional service
Maintain required food handlers certifications

Responsibilities

Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
Maintain required food handlers certifications
Remove dirty dishes, linens, glassware and flatware from tables and counters and transport items to the designated area.
Ensure timely water refills and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
