About The Position

We're currently recruiting for Full-Time Server positions near Asheville! You'll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service, including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food/drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a service-mindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests. Requirements

At least 6 months to 1 year experience
Must be available to work in either Independent Living or Assisted living

Responsibilities

Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurant-style environment.
Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals.
Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.
Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space, performing opening and closing duties, and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.
