About The Position

Join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals who work together in a collaborative, relaxed, and fun environment to provide service across varied food & beverage outlets within a private club setting. As an active member of our team, a server is a key position that will assist front-of-house food & beverage operations to provide outstanding experiences and service to our members and their guests. Our staff takes initiative and acts with integrity, pride, and respect for all. We work together as a team to uphold and build upon our standards to deliver outstanding service. General Duties and Responsibilities Assist with opening and closing duties, such as arranging table settings and keeping the dining area clean and tidy. Portray an enthusiastic and outgoing personality in order to create memories for our members and their guests. Take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments, and deliver checks. Capable of thriving and remaining calm in a high energy and fast-paced work environment. Become knowledgeable about Kings Creek menu items and cocktail recipes. Speak to members in a positive and polite way, and answer any questions that may be asked. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years or older to serve tables.
Maintain a courteous and friendly personality and keep a professional and clean appearance.
Capable of problem solving and using communication to handle a fast-paced environment in a calm and professional way.

Experience working in casual or fine dining settings preferred.
