About The Position

The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for a talented Server to join The Hotel Bar. This is a union position. This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of serving experience, including experience in elevated restaurants. They should demonstrate the ability to excel in high‑volume environments and possess strong communication skills. A background in hotels and ServSafe certification are preferred, though not required.

Full availability is required to support early morning, mid-shift, and evening hours—including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
