Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by presenting and serving our delicious menu items to guests.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations
- Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
