About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. Through our food, our service, and our spirit, we create experiences that inspire—rooted in sustainability, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine connection. We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re looking for experienced, guest-focused Servers to help deliver warm, knowledgeable, and memorable dining experiences from day one. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting guests with great food and beverages, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do As a Server at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience—from the first interaction through the final bite. You’ll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to deliver seamless service while sharing knowledge of our food, beverages, and values.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first mindset and willingness to support others
• Interest in continued learning around Japanese cuisine and beverages
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
• Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
• Valid Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
