About The Position

BUCKEY'S in Moultonborough isn't your average restaurant. We're a country bar with character - loyal regulars, live music, cold beer, and a crew that works hard and has each other's backs. We're looking for a Server who can keep up with a busy floor, take great care of guests, and stay organized when the place fills up and the band starts playing. If you like a busy room, great regulars, and a little organized chaos, you'll probably feel right at home here. Great servers here make strong tips. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll take care of guests from the moment they sit down to the moment they head out the door. Greet people quickly. Keep drinks full. Know the menu. Stay organized. You'll move with urgency, communicate with the bar and kitchen, and keep your tables running smoothly even when the dining room is packed. When the music is loud and the tickets keep coming, you stay focused and keep things moving.

Requirements

• Experience as a server in a busy restaurant helps – the more you bring, the better you'll do.
• Speed and organization – busy nights are the norm here.
• Personality – our regulars come back because they enjoy the people as much as the food.
