To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture. Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Takes orders for and serves all food and beverage requests in restaurant and pool areas, displaying knowledge of all menu items, making menu suggestions according to guest needs. Consistently maintains highest standards of guest service, and food and beverage quality by ensuring food and beverage presentation is fresh and up to quality standards. Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality. Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
