Summary: The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring each guest receives heart-felt hospitality. Essential Functions: Display a professional, polished appearance in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook. Perform side work. Take food and beverage orders. Replenish beverages and condiments. Periodic table checks to ensure guests are happy. Keep tables, dining room and stations clean. If opening, perform opening duties as assigned. If closing, perform closing duties as assigned. Deliver food and beverages to tables. Review all specials and menu items with the guests. Knowledge of the beer, wine, and cocktails list. Ensure all condiments are stocked and refilled. Ensure silverware is rolled, ready and available.
