Salary: $15.90 - $17.78+/hour BOE Kirkland Crossings is seeking Servers to join our team!! Current openings include: Part time, 40 hours every two weeks, mornings and some lunch periods at our new Terrace II campus Part Time, 24 hours every two weeks, serving our Memory Care residents Kirkland Crossings is an active and dynamic Christian senior community on a 12-acre campus that was thoughtfully designed to preserve the natural prairie setting complete with ponds, prairie meadows and foot trails, providing a calming and inviting work environment. Requirements

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
