WHAT OUR SERVERS DO Our Servers provide efficient and friendly service to Guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You’ll take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. A SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable. Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly. Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate . Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages. Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy. Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service. Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws).
• Strong communication and customer service skills .
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
