About The Position

✨ Be the face of the experience!As a Server, you will greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency, manage waitlists and reservations, and ensure the smooth flow of front-of-house operations. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere and serve as a key ambassador of the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a host/hostess or guest services role
• Familiarity with reservation or POS systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and ensure smooth check-in
• Maintain and manage waitlists, seating charts, and reservations
• Communicate guest needs to service staff efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
• Monitor dining room flow and guest satisfaction
