About The Position

The position is part time and pays $6.00 per hour + tips. We have 6 restaurants: The National Tavern, Eighty8 Kitchen + Cocktails , The Landing Restaurant, Creek Club, The Overlook at Great Waters , & Richland Pointe . All restaurants are located in the Greensboro, GA area, approximately 45 minutes from Milledgeville and 1 hour from Athens. Duties: Serves guests as directed per established standards. Able to serve guests efficiently, in a timely fashion. Able to handle a reasonable workload of tables (4-5). Complete all required opening and closing sidework per sidework schedule. Execute all proper beverage and wine service. Attends all meetings to include: Menu class and monthly meetings Guest check completion in a timely and accurate fashion. This position may be scheduled for occasional banquet event or special events outside of your home department during the peak season: spring, summer and fall. Qualifications: Outgoing personality, with a distinct sense of hospitality preferred. Must be able to lift and carry a service tray complete with dishes. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. Must have a congenial disposition. Able to walk and stand through the duration of shift 2 years food service experience required. Must be 18 years of age. Schedule: Food & Beverage operates 6-7 days per week. As needed, Food & Beverage employees must be available for overtime hours.
