May perform all or a combination of the following duties to facilitate food and/or beverage service to guests in the food and or beverage areas of facility. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate food and/or beverage refreshment service to guests. Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and/or drinks. Takes orders from guests, and process order in point of sales system. Relays order to kitchen or bartender, delivers to guest appropriately. Observes guests, anticipates needs, and responds accordingly. Finalizes check. Clears and resets tables at conclusion of meal. Follows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces. Checks out with immediate supervisor. Will abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions.
