Requirements

• Open availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
• A guest-first mindset —you prioritize hospitality over simply taking orders
• Ability to handle high volume and a fast-paced service
• Team-oriented mentality
• Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Toast POS or similar systems
• Cocktail and wine knowledge (or eagerness to learn)
• Experience serving large parties and full sections
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in a rooftop environment
