About The Position

Do you like dazzling guests with your awesomeness? Do you enjoy meeting new and interesting people? Do you feel the Force calling you? Then we have the right position for you! Santikos is looking for Servers to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding food and beverage service at our Silverado location. What would I be doing in this position? Provide friendly, interactive guest experience through ordering and serving in our theater dining and entertainment settings. Possess full knowledge of menu items. (Impress our guests with your amazing memory.) Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner. Accurately communicate and serve food or beverage orders. (Guests are hungry and thirsty!) Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age. (We would get in trouble if we don’t. No kidding! Super important.) Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate. (Happy guests leave great tips!) Ensure highest level of attention to guest requests at all times. Keep dining area clean and sanitized. (No one wants to eat or work in a dirty place.) Perform other duties as assigned. (Always be prepared!)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Great can-do attitude and willingness to make a guest happy with service
• Awesome verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in and collaborate with the theater team
• Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• A current TABC license preferred - but we can help provide the certification if you aren’t certified yet
