About The Position
Server Position – Average $275+ Per Shift in Tips Sake a Gogo – NuLu (Market Street) Sake a Gogo is growing fast—and we are heading straight into our busiest season. Located in the heart of NuLu on Market Street, we are perfectly positioned to capitalize on heavy spring and summer foot traffic. As a newer concept, we are still building momentum, which means real opportunity for the right team members to grow with us. We are currently developing and plan to launch an omakase experience in the near future, opening up an additional high-revenue stream and elevating the guest experience even further. Our servers are currently averaging $275+ per shift in tips. Position Details Dinner service only (Tuesday–Saturday) Shift times: Start between 3–4 PM, out before midnight Full-time and part-time positions available Must be available Friday and/or Saturday (both preferred) What We’re Looking For We are not just hiring servers—we are building a hospitality-driven team. Passion for high-quality food and beverage Ability to deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service Commitment to “Every Day, Every Guest, Every Time” Strong communication and team mindset Professional, polished, and detail-oriented Experience with Japanese cuisine, sushi, or sake is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate who brings the right energy and mindset.
