About The Position

Santikos is seeking Servers to deliver exceptional service through outstanding food and beverage offerings at their Cibolo location. This role involves creating a friendly and interactive guest experience by taking and serving orders within the theater's dining and entertainment settings. The ideal candidate will possess full knowledge of menu items and ensure accurate and timely service, while also verifying the age of guests purchasing alcohol and collaborating with kitchen staff for order accuracy. Maintaining a clean and sanitized dining area and ensuring high attention to guest requests are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Great can-do attitude and willingness to make a guest happy with service
• Awesome verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in and collaborate with the theater team
• Dependable with attendance

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant
• A current TABC license (certification can be provided if not certified yet)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, interactive guest experience through ordering and serving in our theater dining and entertainment settings.
• Possess full knowledge of menu items.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately communicate and serve food or beverage orders.
• Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate.
• Ensure highest level of attention to guest requests at all times.
• Keep dining area clean and sanitized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
