Peacemaker Lobster & Crab brings the best flavors of the coast to Kirkwood, serving fresh lobster, crab, oysters, po’boys, and seafood boils in a warm, relaxed setting. Partnering with 4 Hands Brewing Co., we pair incredible seafood with craft beer and cocktails, making us a top dining destination in St. Louis. With our Kirkwood location expanding into a full-service restaurant this fall , now is the perfect time to join our team and grow with us. What You’ll Do As a Server , you’ll begin with hands-on training as a Food Runner and Cashier before transitioning into a full-service role once our new service model launches this fall.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who thrives in both support and guest-facing roles
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately while ensuring presentation standards
- Assist guests with takeout and cashier transactions in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service smooth
- Support servers by restocking and keeping service areas clean and organized
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting seafood specialties
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items, daily specials, and pairings with craft beer or cocktails
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Provide attentive, personable service to create memorable dining experiences
