Our signature lively atmosphere makes The Smith a versatile setting for an after-work bite, drinks on the town, a birthday bash, a working lunch, a bountiful brunch, or an I-don’t-want-to-cook-tonight night. The Server position involves providing attentive and consistent service to all guests throughout their dining experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environment, demonstrating a "say yes" mindset to accommodate guest requests, guiding guests through the menu, accurately taking and inputting orders into the point-of-sale system, maintaining a strong understanding of menu ingredients and common allergens, ensuring all dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen, and continuously observing and managing the dining experience to exceed expectations.
