Job Summary: Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests in our beautiful Dining Services Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Follow Lenbrook’s established policies, procedures, style and order of service. . This is a non-tipped position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
High energy and fast on feet
Ability to be organized while multi-tasking
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults
Lenbrook Square Foundation, Inc requires all Associates to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Responsibilities

Demonstrate basic service techniques and style
Ability to take orders accurately and enter them in POS system.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
Physically assist residents with carrying trays to their table as needed (Bistro)
Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
Promote clean, safe and neat environment
Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed.
Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.
