Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- 1+ years of server experience
- 1+ years of experience with a restaurant POS software platform
- Open availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and at times extended hours
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associate may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for the equipment the associate may use are in English)
- Knowledge of POS system
- Must have legible handwriting
- A patient and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Responsibilities
- Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- Describe specials of the day to guests; answer questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions when appropriate
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system
- Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques
- Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as required
