About The Position

Èlephante is hiring experienced Servers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant.

Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside. Our team delivers exceptional hospitality while executing at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for servers who are confident, polished, and thrive in high-volume restaurants while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
• Process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards
