About The Position

At Copain, we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with the craft of a true boulangerie, now expanding into full-service dining at our new Ballantyne location. Our approach to food is ingredient-driven, seasonal, and rooted in honest cooking. The kitchen emphasizes simple techniques, precise execution, and respect for ingredients, resulting in dishes that are refined without being overcomplicated. Alongside the menu, guests will enjoy a beverage program built on thoughtful wines, craft cocktails, and spirits designed to complement the dining experience. We are hiring Servers to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne. In this role you will create warm and memorable dining experiences by guiding guests through the menu, recommending wine and beverage pairings, and delivering polished, attentive service. This is an opportunity to be part of launching a new restaurant and bringing Noble Food & Pursuits’ hospitality and craftsmanship to a growing community.

Requirements

• Proven serving experience in a polished, full-service dining environment
• Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with confidence in making recommendations
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, attentive service that reflects Noble Food & Pursuits values
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings
• Recommend wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the dining experience
• Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring proper pacing and guest satisfaction
• Maintain your section throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the dining room
• Support teammates and complete tasks assigned by management to create a seamless guest experience
