About The Position

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests Demonstrate a strong passion for guest service and hospitality Provides an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness Knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials with the ability to advise guests on dietary restrictions and preferences Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests. Greet and seat guests when the hostess is unavailable, take reservations and have the ability to use the Micros Operating System And More! WHAT TO BRING Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts Weekend and Holiday availability required. Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
