About The Position

Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include taking food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery, providing great hospitality, explaining menus, accommodating guest requests, paying close attention to tables, delivering bills, processing payments, and treating all guests with courtesy and respect. The role also involves assisting with closing and opening duties, hotel and banquet operations as needed, and proficiently using the POS system. This job description serves as an overview of the responsibilities, with the understanding that duties may evolve and additional tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Ability to learn and understand basic food practices

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverages orders and ensuring that they are delivered to the table in a timely fashion
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests
• Paying close attention to your tables to ensure that they are always taken care of
• Delivering the bill and processing payment
• Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
• Assisting with closing and opening duties
