About The Position

From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a pretty new bar on Market Street in San Francisco that include cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am. Please click the links below to be forwarded to each specific job application.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server is preffered
• Able to service multiple tables at once
• Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and pass RBS training
• 21+ years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Strong cocktail knowledge and serving experience preferred
• Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of guests effectively

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver drink orders to seated parties
• Act as subject matter expert to guests and aid them in making selections
• Determine situations that need to be escalated to the management team
• Maintain overall floor cleanliness
• Support the host team in seating as necessary
• Assist in opening and closing
