About The Position

Beacon Hill Club is looking for Full-Time or Part-Time candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working with people. We strive to personalize the dining experience by creating a rapport with membership and providing first-class service in a friendly and efficient manner.

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for meeting the needs of members and guests in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival. What’s in it for you? You will enjoy complimentary employee meals, flexible work schedules, and uniform provided.

Requirements

• Maintains a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to multi-task while taking care of guests needs and maintaining composure
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Seat guests, present menus, and make recommendations regarding food and drink
• Take food and beverage orders from members and guests and answer questions
• Greet and continually check-in to ensure member and guest satisfaction
• Place all orders into the Point of Sale system accurately
• Perform light cleaning duties such as trash removal in the kitchen and dining room area
• Promptly bus and reset tables and chairs in a timely manner
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies when needed
• Participate in training sessions, as required
• Assist Clubhouse Manager and Assistant Clubhouse Manager with other duties, as requested
