About The Position

The Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a Server to join their team for the upcoming Summer Season. The club, located in southwest Denver, is a private institution known as Denver's "Family Club of Choice," offering a wide range of amenities including golf, tennis, and swimming across 227 acres. Its mission is to foster a safe, vibrant, and inclusive community with a welcoming atmosphere where families of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy exceptional service and facilities. The role involves providing excellent guest services in a dynamic environment, contributing to the club's commitment to service excellence.

Requirements

Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
Basic knowledge of food service.
Ability to work and focus in loud, high pressure and fast paced environments.
Ability to successfully work as part of a team as well as being independently motivated.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time (8- 10 hours).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at one time.
Maintains a pleasant and polite demeanor while interacting with members and staff.
Ability to perform physical activates that require considerable use of arms and legs.

Must be able to adapt to constant changes (Menu Changes, POS Changes, and Section Changes).

Responsibilities

Be punctual and in neat, clean uniform.
Possess knowledge of all items on our food menus, bar menus and wine lists.
Set up/ tear down for breakfast, lunch, dinner, club social functions and private parties.
Organize and pace meal courses for member dining.
Clean after all designated meals and parties.
Possess knowledge of principles, values, and processes for providing exceptional guest services.
Attend all pre-shift staff meetings.
