About The Position
Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is seeking full-time and part-time servers to join their team. The role involves greeting guests, informing them about the meal, preparing and serving beverages, serving a family-style standard menu, providing additional food upon request (all-you-can-eat), understanding and addressing food allergies, and cleaning the assigned section after dinner service.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section.
- Inform guests about the meal they will be served.
- Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
- Serve standard menu, family style, to each assigned table.
- Provide additional food if requested, as it is all you can eat!
- Understand food allergies and what options are available.
- Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete.
