The Chili's Server ensures Guests receive a great dining experience by serving guests promptly and attending to their needs. This role requires practicing responsible alcohol service following state and local laws and the Choctaw Nation alcohol policy. The Server reports to the General Manager or Shift Lead. Primary tasks include taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system, possessing proficient menu knowledge to assist guests, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Servers are also responsible for assessing guest demeanor, following alcohol awareness procedures, collecting payments accurately, maintaining table appearance, keeping their station clean, and performing opening and closing duties. Adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures is required, and servers are expected to assist other team members as needed.
