Requirements

Maintain an upbeat, outgoing, and positive professional demeanor
Deliver exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and providing attentive, personalized service
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Minimum of one (1) year of fine dining service experience required
Possess solid wine knowledge, including proper presentation and basic pairing fundamentals
Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
Ability to successfully manage a three-table section while consistently executing all steps of service
Consistently demonstrate a team-first mindset, actively supporting teammates, willingly assisting others, and going above and beyond to ensure a “one team, one focus” culture

Responsibilities

Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience
Guide Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
Take accurate orders an partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests' expectations
