Assists with food preparation in accordance with our established procedural guidelines, and as may be directed by the Food Service Director. Follows community's procedure for storing, serving and transporting food and supplies. IS also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Follow community's procedure for wait/waitress staff in our dining restaurant
