About The Position

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care in New York, South Florida, Los Angeles (2026), and through 24/7 telemedicine globally. Our multi-specialty team of 60+ top in-house physicians provides proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening, leading-edge therapeutics, and tailored interventions designed to prevent disease and detect it at the earliest possible stages. Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, women's health, endocrinology, integrative health, performance and movement, nutrition, and more. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we also work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care for as many people as possible. Specifically, you will: Provide graceful and efficient food and beverage service, including proper steps of service and discreet table and suite maintenance. Accurately and consistently preparing all of our food and beverage offerings with beautiful presentation, through unwavering attention to detail. Ensure all service stations are stocked, organized, and supplies are accessible to the Kitchen and Service teams Execute setup, breakdown, and any additional day to day needs for service opening, service transitions, and service closing to ensure a smooth and successfully run member experience. Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the Institute, including member-facing areas as well as the kitchen and hospitality storage areas. Communicate effectively with all members of the medical and hospitality teams at all times with grace and foresight. Actively cultivate and maintain strong, caring relationships with members, vendors, staff, and neighboring businesses. Ability to maintain an agile demeanor and calm under pressure; in this fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to dynamic situations with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service to our members. Assist with china, glass and silverware: appropriate stock levels, inventory and condition. Support housekeeping team with maintenance of member spaces, including removal of dishes, member attire, linens, towels and trash.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in the hospitality service industry, preferably in fine dining
  • Required to become familiar with the menu, including allergens and abbreviations while adhering to the standard operational procedures for the institute
  • Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming standards, which includes wearing the assigned uniform
  • The ability to understand member requests, ask questions and ensure members satisfaction with sufficient English skills is required
  • Must be able to work at a fast-pace for several hours at a time
