About The Position
Blake's Bistro, located in the San Luis Hotel, offers a laid-back ambiance serving comfort food classics. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate service to our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery with the preparation of dishes
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, creating a positive dining experience
- Effectively communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure table maintenance is an ongoing team effort
