Join the team at The Country Club of North Carolina in Pinehurst, NC. As a Part-Time Server in our Bistro Dining Room, you'll provide attentive, friendly service to our members and their guests while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Located in the heart of the North Carolina Sandhills, CCNC is part of Pinehurst's long tradition as the "Home of American Golf." Our team plays an important role in maintaining the club's reputation as one of the premier private clubs in the Southeast. Schedule: The Bistro Dining Room is typically open Wednesday through Sunday , though occasional special events on Mondays or Tuesdays may require additional shifts. Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and provide attentive service throughout their meal
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
- Work closely with front-of-house teammates and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Handle guest requests and special preferences promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned section
- Assist with side work, setup, and breakdown duties as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and club service standards
